HYDERABAD: A 20-year-old married woman was gangraped by three persons at Rajendranagar on Tuesday. Based on a complaint lodged by the victim, the police are on the lookout for one of the accused who is her neighbour.
The incident took place in the early hours of Tuesday when the victim was sweeping her house at Mehabubabad.
She was busy in the household work when the accused reached the place. "About three persons came to the house and dragged her into a bathroom. She was raped then by the trio," said inspector S Jayaram on Wednesday.
The victim was married five years ago and has two children. She was sent for medical test by the police and the report is still awaited.
