New Delhi: The first look of 'Zilla Ghaziabad' has been unveiled. Directed by Anand Kumar, the film stars Sanjay Dutt, Vivek Oberoi, Arshad Warsi and Ravi Kishan in the lead roles. The promo suggests that the film is going to focus on the underworld of Western Uttar Pradesh.
