2G: Court to decide on Raja's appearance in SC New Delhi: The special CBI court is slated to decide on former telecom minister A Raja's plea seeking permission to be allowed to participate in the Supreme Court proceedings in the 2G scam case.

Raja has pressed his case by highlighting the contradictory claims by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

The CBI had told the trial court that the probe into the 2G spectrum allocation scam was over while it had maintained before the Supreme Court that the investigation was still on.
