Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh anti-corruption bureau court on Monday issued summons to Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah in an alleged land allocation scam.
It is alleged that Rosaiah as Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister gave away 9.3 acres of government land to private parties flouting norms.
The court rejected ACB report giving clean chit to the former chief minister. It has also asked Rosaiah to be present before court on August 2.
