Islamabad: Retired captain Shahid Afridi has withdrawn a petition he filed against the Pakistan Cricket Board in the Sindh High Court. The move on Wednesday comes a day after Afridi met with PCB chairman Ijaz Butt. Reportedly, they agreed in that meeting for the PCB to allow Afridi to play overseas, while Afridi would drop his court case against the governing body.
