New Delhi: The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Lokpal met on Wednesday and there was disagreement over exclusion of lower bureaucracy and Prime minister, sources said.
There was also Objection to CBI members not being appointed like the CVC. Members Kirti Azad, Bal Apte, Haren Pathak and Arjun Meghwal are to give dissenting note on draft, sources said.
It was also said that they were against Citizens' Charter being a separate entity.
"BSP wants that Prime Minister should be excluded, Group C bureaucracy should be included under the ambit of Lokpal and independence of CBI should be ensured, sources said....
