
New Delhi: A Bangalore court on Saturday extended the judicial custody of baby Afreen's father, Umar Farooq, till May 5.
Baby Afreen died in a Bangalore hospital on April 11.
The three-month-old baby was admitted to the Vani Vilas Hospital on April 5, with a severe head injury, dislocated neck and bite and burn marks on her body, reportedly inflicted by Farooq because he wanted a son instead.
