Kannada Review: 'Godfather' has engaging story The Kannada film 'God Father' coming after six years of original film 'Varalaaru' - Ajith starrer film has been a hit film in Tamil Nadu. It is engaging and absorbing because of super star Upendra handling the triple roles.

It is not that easy for an actor to adjust to three varieties in one film. Upendra a director in him and known for charged up roles in his career has made it look easy. The audience in the theatre applauding when he gets up from wheel chair, it is ultimate Upendra. The flashback of 'God Father' puts behind all the other characters.

In his debut direction S Sriram a brilliant cameraman showed how strong he is in bringing it to Kannada. He has used the brain and brought down in the length from the original. Remaking is also not an easy task.

What is all about this 'God Father' - The insult on the manly power Shiva a great dancer faces makes him 'God Father'. For the girl Sujatha (Catherine) who doubted his manly ability Shiva shows how potent he is. As a result Sujatha is delivered with two kids. One takes birth after another.
