Shimla: The Himachal Pradesh High Court on Thursday ordered Himachal University to get its all boys hostels vacated.
The order came a day after the court directed the police to carry out searches in the hostels and file report.
In the report, submitted before the court today, the police said illegal arms were found in the search and against the sanctioned capacity of 810, around 2,000 students were staying there.
A division bench comprising Chief Justice Kurian Joseph and Justice Dharam Chand Chaudhary passed the order....
