New Delhi: The CPM on Thursday declared a hartal in Kerala to protest against the arrest of its senior leader P Jayarajan in the Shukkoor murder case.
The hartal brought the Kannur district to a standstill.
Two companies of the Rapid Action Force reached Kannur to control the law and order situation.
The CPM has called the arrest a political conspiracy by the ruling front....
