Rumour: Will the F.R.I.E.N.D.S cast reunite soon? New Delhi: After nine years of the last episode of FRIENDS, internet is suddenly abuzz with the rumour of the show making a comeback to the small screens. Some websites carried the news with reference from sources that NBS, the channel behind the idea of FRIENDS, has confirmed the news of the TV show making a comeback.

As per these reports, NBS is going to air the new season in 2014. However, nothing has been said about the starcast of the serial. It's not revealed whether the show is going to retain the original starcast or is planning to launch a new set of actors.

FRIENDS is understood to be a TV show which influenced the contemporary American culture, and it still has a huge fan base as people keep downloading its episodes from YouTube and other sources. So, the serial will get initial eyeballs for sure if NBS actually brings back the six friends together.

The first episode of the TV show FRIENDS was aired on September 22, 1994. The show became very popular in no time for its witty and spontaneous humour.
