
The word 'Panganama' is devotionally attached and also means those who get duped in their life. With such a film's title, film maker Gururaj is making debut as a director and acting in the film. He has written the story and screenplay for the film.
The film maker has also acted in small roles in films like Thamashegaagi, Yaksha and Devnahalli before taking up direction and is now directing his comedy flick with a difference for producers like Devaraj Banagere and Janani Basavaraj.
Although Gururaj is playing the lead role the equally important role in the film according to him will be played by Sadhu Kokila. In the film however, it is Sadhu Kokila as a cop who comes on a transfer to the village to giving fitting answer to the title 'Panganama'. Also, actors like Iti Acharya, Akshata Rao, Dr Sunder Raj, Doddanna and others are in the cast.
