
New Delhi: The National Capital Region Planning Board (NCRPB) on Friday approved the Greater Noida Master Plan 2021, bringing smile to thousands of home buyers in Uttar Pradesh's Noida Extension in the NCR.
"The board has given a nod to the Master Plan 2021 with certain conditions," an official said.
In 2011, the Allahabad High Court had directed the government to stop construction in the area and said the master plan had not been approved by the NCRPB. The court asked the government to get the plan approved before resuming work.
The chief ministers of Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Delhi along with Urban Development Minister Kamal Nath were present at the board meeting where the master plan was approved, the official added....
