Mumbai: In a major reprieve to the 2008 Indian Premier League (IPL) champions Rajasthan Royals, an independent arbitrator on Tuesday stayed the termination of their IPL contract by the BCCI for six weeks. According to sources, Justice BN Srikrishna, who was acting as arbitrator, held that prima facie evidence suggest that the termination of contract by the Cricket Board was illegal.
