
Mumbai: Son of Maharashtra leader of Opposition Eknath Khadse who shot himself died on Wednesday. Nikhil Khadse was moved to Jalgaon City Hospital from the village where the incident occurred and the doctors declared him dead. Jalgaon SP Jai Kumar said, "The doctors have declared him dead. It was around 6 pm."
Nikhil Khadse was at a place called Muktaynagar which is about 55 km from Jalgaon.
The 37-year-old is believed to have shot one bullet in the head with his pistol.
