Delhi: Suspected IM operative arrested New Delhi: An alleged Indian Mujahideen operative, Asadullah Rehman has been arrested in Delhi. Rehman alias Dilkash (20) is an alleged member of the Indian Mujahideen module led by Yasin Bhatkal and has been arrested from Chandu Nagar in Karawal Nagar in Delhi. Explosives, detonators and a timer has been recovered from him.

Rehman is a part of the same module that was busted in November, 2011, by the Delhi Police. They were alleged to be behind the Jama Masjid, Chinnaswamy stadium and German Bakery blasts.

Dilkash, who hails from Darbhanga in Bihar, had allegedly escaped in November, 2011 from the arms factory run by Indian Mujahideen in west Delhi's Nangloi before the police crackdown during which a number of suspected terrorists were nabbed by police. The official said Dilkash had told police that he had recently taken on rent a premises at Chandu Nagar from where investigators allegedly recovered one kg of explosive powder, a detonator, a timer and a mobile phone.
