
New Delhi: Senior BJP leader LK Advani on Saturday said his yatras have been an invaluable education to him. Speaking at the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit in New Delhi, Advani also appreciated the support he has got during his Jan Chetna Yatra.
"Public support I received during this yatra is far greater", said Advani.
The senior leader also stated that his yatras are part of India's yatra's into future and intend to highlight genuine secularism.
Lamenting at the state of the nation after independence, Advani commented, "Our freedom fighters had conceived that India would be a fully developed country in 15 years from independence. But that has not happened even after 50 years."...
