No proof against MLAs in Karnataka porngate: Panel Bangalore: The Karnataka Assembly committee investigating the porngate allegedly involving three former state ministers has reportedly found no evidence against the legislators. The Committee submitted its final report to Assembly Speaker KG Bopaiah.

The report, to be tabled in the Assembly during the session, says that there is no evidence against two Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLAs CC Patil and J Krishna Palemar while the third MLAs Lakshman S Savadi, also from the BJP, has already apologised to the committee.

Savadi has also been summoned to the floor of the House and asked to apologise.

Savadi, Patil and Palemar were caught by a private TV channel watching porn on their mobile phones while proceedings were on in the Assembly on February 7. All the three, who were ministers in the state cabinet, were forced to resign after the clip was aired....more
