Bihar: Naxals blow up anti-landmine vehicle of CRPF, 3 dead Patna: Naxals blew up an a CRPF anti-landmine vehicle at Dumaria in Gaya district in Bihar early on Thursday. Three CRPF personnel were reportedly killed in the blast.

Seven others have been injured in the blast. The CRPF personnel were reportedly returning after conducting a raid on a Naxal hideout. An IAF helicopter from Ranchi has been rushed to evacuate the causalities.



The troopers belong to 159 battalion of the force deployed in the state for anti-Naxal operation tasks. It is suspected that Naxals used a huge quantity of explosives to detonate the Improvised Explosive Device (IED)....more

Bihar: JD(U) MLA injured in landmine blast Sheikhpura: JD(U) MLA Randhir Kumar Soni on Saturday sustained minor injuries when a landmine went off near a culvert in Bihar's Sheikhpur district.
