
You must remember Robin Williams from his 1993 film Mrs Doubtfire. Williams, playing the role of a father desperate to keep his kids facing a nasty divorce, agreed to dress up as an old woman, Mrs Eugene Doubtfire, who was to be the kids' nanny.
The makeup took four and half hours to apply every day before shoot and is still talked about as the most amazing thing anyone has ever seen in cinema.
But Halle Berry can give Williams a run for his money in 'The Cloud Atlas'. Berry plays a composer's white trophy wife in 1936 Scotland, an investigative reporter in 1973 San Francisco and a member of an elite society of prescients in the farthest future in 'The Cloud Atlas'.
She sports three distinctly different looks in the film. But the most amazing is her makeup as a white woman. She is barely distinguishable in it....
