
New Delhi: In what may prove to be more trouble for Nitish Katara's killers, CNN-IBN has accessed the Army Medical Board report on their medical records that questions their prolonged stays in hospitals using flimsy medical grounds and staying out of jail thus.
In November 2011, CNN-IBN had reported how Vikas and Vishal Yadav, convicted for the murder of Nitish Katara, were regularly out of jail on flimsy medical grounds. Now the report prepared by the medical board headed by a brigadier proves that the medical records of the brothers don't justify the need for their prolonged stays in hospitals.
The report says that the Yadav brothers have made 151 visits to the Batra and AIIMS hospitals since May, 2008.
Vishal Yadav was admitted to AIIMS at least 12 times between 2004 and 2012 for periods varying from four days to 109 days at a stretch....
