
Bangalore: In an embarrassment for the BJP, two Karnataka ministers were caught watching obscene content inside the state Assembly. The two ministers are Karnataka Co-operation Minister Laxman Savadi and Karnataka Women and Child Welfare Minister CC Patil.
Speaker KG Bopaiah, though, refused to meet the media, saying he will take action on Wednesday when the House meets again. But the BJP will have a lot of explaining to do. BJP president Nitin Gadkari has also sent in a message that the party should not put up with any non-sense.
Karnataka Chief Minister Sadanand Gowda said, "It's for the Speaker to take action against ministers if they were found guilty of watching porno clippings in the Assembly."
Savadi, however, tried to explain it as value addition for a discussion on the rave parties that happened during a tourism festival in coastal Karnataka....
