
The tourists dozing at the bay near the Dutch Cemetery at Fort Kochi raise their eyebrows and watch as Baburaj, with a dramatic turn, walks swiftly from the sea bridge. He walks towards Asif Ali and Sanusha and the trio opens up a conversation.
Suddenly Sanusha gets annoyed. She gives vent to her anger by marching away from the scene, dragging Asif along with her. The director shouts cut. Its the location of Idiots, the shooting of which is progressing at Kochi.
As the name suggests the film focuses on the events that happen in the life of a group of eccentric people in a single night. This is an out-and-out comic entertainer frilled with several hilarious moments. Also, a tinge of mystery is added in the treatment of the film, says Sangeeth Sivan, the producer of Idiots, who returns to Mollywood after the hiatus of more than a decade.
He adds, The story of the movie had been there in my mind for a while. This is a clean family movie that focuses beyond niche audience....
