Jammu: Eight pilgrims were airlifted here on Saturday after they got stranded on an island inside the Tavi river due to flash flood. The pilgrims, including three women and as many children, are reportedly from Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh. The pilgrims had gone to visit the Tavi temple.
