New Delhi: More cases regarding the land acquired in Greater Noida by builders are expected to come up in the Allahabad High Court on Wednesday and on Thursday. Home buyers are also planning to approach the court seeking relief.
The HC is expected to decide on land acquisition issues of Roja Yaqubpur and Bisarakh Jalalpur villages of Greater Noida on Wednesday.
A decision on Itheda, Haidarpur and four other villages is expected on Thursday.
The acquisition of nearly 2,000 acres of land in Greater Noida and surrounding areas has been challenged in court and nearly 2.5 lakh flats are there in the affected areas....

New Delhi: In yet another blow to the Mayawati government in Uttar Pradesh, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), builders and would-be home owners, the Allahabad High Court on Tuesday cancelled the land acquisition in Patwari and Dewla villages in Greater Noida.
