Indian maid found hanging in Malaysian state Kuala Lumpur: An Indian maid was found hanging from a ceiling fan in her employer's house in Malaysia, the second case of sudden death involving an Indian worker in the northeast Georgetown district this year.

The body was discovered at 11 pm last night by a neighbour who was asked to check on the maid by the employer, who was away travelling to Kuala Lumpur.

The incident was reported in the Georgetown district of Penang state.

The woman, who was in her 40s, was yet to be identified as her document was believed to have been kept by her employer, police chief Gan Kong Meng said today, Star online reported....more
