Barabanki: Former Uttar Pradesh chief minister and senior Congress leader ND Tiwari was caught on camera swaying to a qawwali in Barabanki.
The 87-year-old was recently in news after a DNA report declared him the biological father of Delhi-based youth Rohit Shekhar in a paternity suit.
Tiwari, three-time Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, also served as Uttarakhand Chief Minister between 2002 and 2007. He held the External Affairs portfolio between 1986-87 and was also the Governor of Andhra Pradesh between 2007 and 2009.
