Melbourne: After a long lull in the racial attacks in Victoria, there has been another suspected racial attack on an Indian national on Sunday. A 21-year-old man was reportedly brutally beaten up by four teenagers on bikes. The victim was apparently even asked if he was an Indian before being attacked.
