Antrix moves court against Devas Bangalore: Antrix, the commercial arm of ISRO has moved a local court seeking directions to restrain Devas Multi-media from proceedings with the arbitration it has filed against it in an international court in Paris on cancellation of agreement on S band spectrum allocation.

Antrix, which cancelled its agreement with Devas, filed the petition before the Additional City Civil and Session Court, seeking an interim injunction against Devas.

Judge D B Patil, after hearing counsels for Antrix, posted the matter for February 25 for further arguments.

The suit is to restrain Devas from proceeding with the arbitration at International Court of Arbitration in Paris....more
