Bulandshahr: In the well-known Arauli honour killing case in Bulandshahr, a woman identified as Mahvish and her family members set themselves ablaze in front of Uttar Pradesh police personnel alleging atrocity by them.
Mahvish's brother-in-law suffered 90 per cent burn injuries and has been shifted to a hospital in Delhi in a very critical condition, police said. The police managed to save Mahvish, her sister-in-law and another brother-in-law.
The police had been allegedly harassing Mahvish and her in-laws after the people accused of killing her husband filed a complaint against them for assaulting and indulging in vandalism....
