Mumbai: Speculations about Karisma Kapoor and Sunjay Kapur's rocky marriage have kept erupting periodically over time " in fact ever since they tied the knot in 2003.
Recent buzz from New Delhi, where the businessman is based, suggests that he is keen on moving on. The capital's chatterati are abuzz that he wants to take his friendship with model-socialite Priya Sachdev to the next level. Says a source, "Sunjay and Priya appear to be extremely serious about each other. They want to keep their past behind and start anew."
Sunjay was earlier married to fashion designer Nandita Mahtani from whom he got a divorce just a few days before he tied the knot with Karisma. While Priya was formerly married to New York-based hotelier Vikram Chatwal with whom she has a child.
Adds the source, "Sunjay has expressed his desire to get married again. So it is obvious that he will be legally parting ways. Karisma is aware of what is happening and so are her folks.
