Friday Release: Animated action film 'Arjun' New Delhi: This Friday, Hindi film 'Arjun: The Warrior Prince' will stand tall to face the big Hollywood release 'Men In Black 3' at the box office. Though the audiences have seen films such as 'Rancho' and 'Roadside Romeo' in the past, still the Indian film market is not very open about animation films yet.

Bollywood actor Jaaved Jafferi expresses his opinion about the future of animation films in India,"This mentality that Indians have that animated films are only for kids is very wrong. Animated films are high-grossing films at the box-office, be it 'The Incredibles', 'Jungle Book' series, 'The Lion King', all animated films are top-grossers at the box office. I don't see why not, why it can't happen here."

Arnab Chaudhuri, the director of 'Arjun: The Warrior Prince', rejects the allegation that his film is especially made for children. He spoke to IBNLive about it,"Mine is not a children's movie, it's an action film. Filmmakers choose mythological stories because they give reference points. If you look at the early Disney movies they were fairytales for exactly the same reason. The magic started to happen when filmmakers start to bring their perspective into films."

'Arjun: The Warrior Prince' showcases the story of Arjun, one of the Pandavas. The film captures his life from Hastinapur to Himalayas. The promos of the film give us a glimpse about the grandeur with which it is made. However, that doesn't bring us any closer to the level of
