New Delhi: Team Anna member Kiran Bedi on Sunday said that the car and bike rally is being held across the country to continue the pressure on the government on Lokpal.
"They have gone back on whatever the Prime Minister and Parliament had promised, Keeping the CBI under their control they have shown that they are not serious about tackling corruption. It's a useless Lokpal. It seems whatever Anna fasted for has been wasted, Kiran Bedi said.
Team Anna is holding a rally in the capital on Sunday as part of efforts to put more pressure on the government to bring the lower bureaucracy under the Lokpal.
A car rally has been flagged off in Delhi and similar events are planned in many other cities across the country as well....
