In an early morning attack, Naxals struck again in Jhargram in West Bengal. Thirteen coaches of the Mumbai-bound Howrah-Kurla Lokmanya Tilak Express were derailed and then hit by another goods train in Jhargram. Recent attacks show that the Naxals, increasingly, have started attacking civilians.
