Hyderabad Nizam's daughter seeks share of property Hyderabad: Niloufer, the youngest daughter of Mukarram Jah, the grandson of the last Nizam of Hyderabad, has said that she will move court seeking her share of his property in Hyderabad. The 79-year-old Nizam Mukarram is in ill health and presently in London.

Niloufer alleged that Mukarram's first ex-wife Princess Esra was trying to usurp all his property, including her share of the Chiran palace. She further said that she was not being allowed to meet her father.

The Chiran Palace is estimated to be worth three million dollars. Niloufer is currently in Hyderabad with her mother, who is the Nizam's third ex-wife, to explore her legal options. The Nizam's estate includes the famous Taj Falaknuma palace and the Chowmahalla fort.
