WB polls 4th phase: Nandigram, Singur vote today New Delhi: The fourth phase of West Bengal Assembly polls will be held on Tuesday covering 63 constituencies in four districts - Howrah, Hoogly, East Midnapore and parts of Burdwan.

Trouble-torn Nandigram and Singur will also vote today. Five ministers in Buddadeb's cabinet including CPM heavyweight states' industry minister Nirupam Sen are in the fray. Also to watch out for are three former IPS officers fielded by Mamata Banerjee.

Polling began on Tuesday morning for the fourth of the six-phase West Bengal Assembly election across 63 constituencies spread over Howrah, Hooghly, East Midnapur and parts of Burdwan district.
