Delhi minor rape: When was FIR filed, SC asks police New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday asked Delhi Police Commissioner Neeraj Kumar to submit an affidavit on the Delhi rape case with details of the date on which an FIR was lodged.

The court also asked for details of the probe being carried out.

The matter was highlighted by an NGO during a hearing on its petition on missing children.
