Welcome Back Gandhi: Anna Hazare's Sunday watch

The film, which revolves around how Mahatma Gandhi would react to the India of today if he returned, is the dubbed version of the Tamil film Mudhalvar Mahatma.

Anna arrived at the Four Frames in Chennai, to watch the film. The story line is: Mahatma Gandhi makes a revisit to the world after a lapse of sixty years since he disappeared and rededicates himself in service of the humanity.

Negotiating his way through scores of swarming volunteers and the media (nearly 50 cameras and over 20 reporters waited outside to catch a glimpse of Anna and pose a few questions), Anna made his way into the theatre along with his colleagues Kiran Bedi, Santhosh Hegde and Dinesh Wagela. Every sequence in the film has its roots in the real life incidents of Mahatma Gandhi.
