Hisar: Police lathicharge BJP workers protesting against Naveen Jindal Hisar: BJP workers were lathicharged by the police on Wednesday while they were protesting outside Congress MP Naveen Jindal's residence. Jindal is an elected MP from the Kurukshetra constituency in Haryana.

The protests come two days the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a case against the industrialist and former Minister of State for coal Dasari N Rao in the allocation of coal blocks in Jharkhand.

On Tuesday, the CBI also carried out raids at Jindal's residence and offices in Delhi.
