Ahmedabad: The Gujarat High Court on Thursday directed the Central Bureau Of Investigation (CBI) to investigate the Ishrat Jahan alleged fake encounter case. SIT Chairman RR Verma has been directed to file a fresh FIR within a span of two weeks and handover the entire report to the CBI.
