The Government on Wednesday named journalist Dileep Padgaonkar, Information Commissioner M M Ansari and academician Professor Radha Kumar as interlocutors to hold talks with the separatists in Jammu and Kashmir as part of efforts to bring peace in the state. Should the Centre have included political leaders as interlocutors?
