New Delhi: The industry saw it coming, and fans made it happen - Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone-starrer 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' has become the first film to cross Rs.100 crore mark within just a week of its release.
After a bumper opening of Rs.19.45 crore in the country, and an opening weekend of a whopping Rs.62.11 crore, the Ayan Mukerji directorial continued running to packed houses in India.
"100 crore. And still counting," tweeted trade analyst Taran Adarsh.
Producer Karan Johar also tweeted, "When love scores a century.....you know its the only emotion to bank on....pun intended."...
