Rain clouds hang over Rajasthan-Mumbai Qualifier in Kolkata Kolkata: Kolkata woke up to a cloudy morning on Friday with possibility of rain later when Rajasthan Royals take on Mumbai Indians at the Eden Gardens in the second Qualifier of IPL 6, with the winner progressing to play the final against Chennai Super Kings.

Kolkata, also to host the final on Sunday, has seen clouds hanging over the city with spells of rain over the last few days, and the local MeT department's forecast is not very encouraging for an uninterrupted game on Friday. The reserve day was slotted keeping in mind the weather conditions in this part of the country at this time of the year... Other unforeseen circumstances were also taken into account," Cricket Association of Bengal treasurer Biswarup Dey had said after Kolkata was chosen to host the final and the second qualifier late last month.

Rajasthan, who are trying to look beyond the spot-fixing that has hit their campaign, stayed in the hunt for a place in the final by edging out Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Eliminator at New Delhi's Feroz Shah Kotla on Wednesday. Meanwhile Mumbai have a second chance to book a berth in the summit clash - after
