Kunda DSP case: Raja Bhaiya may be booked for murder conspiracy New Delhi: Former Uttar Pradesh minister Raja Bhaiya may be booked for conspiracy to murder in the Kunda DSP murder case, CBI sources said on Wednesday. Raja Bhaiya was being questioned by the CBI on Wednesday in connection with the case.

The sources said that the call records of Raja Bhaiya showed that he knew exactly what was happening on the fateful night when DSP Zia-ul-Haq was killed. The call details showed he was in touch with his driver before and after the murder in Balipur village, the sources added.

The sources also said that it was not possible for Raja Bhaiya's driver, Rohit Singh and aide Guddu Singh to have committed this crime without the support of Raja Bhaiya.
