10 years of 9/11: 10 most memorable 9/11 films

The Al-Qaeda attack on United States of America changed course of the world events entirely. Hollywood was also affected by the terror attacks. Popular sentiments and an inner urge to investigate the original happenings inspired directors to take a closer look at the thread of the events. Their inquisitiveness resulted in a number of films ranging from typical Hollywood potboilers to hard hitting documentaries. Some even provided 'food for thought' to the social commentators. We have brought to you a collage of such films made with 9/11 attacks as the core issue.'United 93':Directed by Paul Greengrass, 'United 93' dealt with the real time account of the lives of the passenger on board of the fourth plane that crashed near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.Directed by Michael Moore, 'Fahrenheit 9/11' poses some serious questions about the role of then president George Bush's administration in the aftermath of 9/11 incident.'The Flight That Fought Back' is a docudrama about the efforts of the passengers aboard United Airlines Flight 93 to derail the 9/11 terrorists' plan. Directed by Bruce Goodison.
