After a long struggle for it's release Haasan's Vishwaroopam finally hit the screens in Tamil Nadu today.Tamil Nadu's date with Kamal Haasan's film 'Vishwaroopam' has finally arrived. Ending the 10-day-long wait, Kamal Haasan's Rs 95 crore finally released on Thursday in Tamil Nadu. The Madras High Court had on Monday closed all petitions filed by the actor against the prohibitory orders invoked by the state administration to prevent its screening.

Kamal Haasan's 'Vishwaroopam' gets U certificate

Kamal Haasan's Tamil spy thriller 'Vishwaroopam' has been cleared by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with an U-certificate with minor cuts. Its Hindi version, titled 'Vishwaroop', has got an A-rating without any cuts. Kamal has written, directed and co-produced the film and he also stars in it alongside Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Rahul Bose, Jaideep Ahlawat, Nassar, Zarina Wahab and Miles Anderson. Both the versions were shot simultaneously....
