Kunda killings: CBI arrests Gram Pradhan's brother, 3 others New Delhi: There seems to be a major breakthrough in the Kunda killings case. The Central Bureau of Investigation has arrested murdered Gram Pradhan Nanhe Yadav's brother, nephew and two others.

Sources in the CBI say the four arrested are behind the murders of the Gram Pradhan as well as the Deputy SP, Zia-ul-Haque. Sources added that more arrests are likely in the days to come.

Earlier, Uttar Pradesh Police had arrested two close aides of former Uttar Pradesh minister Raja Bhaiya - Rajiv Singh and Sanjay Singh - who were sent to CBI custody after the agency took over the case. The CBI had also arrested Ajay Pal and Vijay Pal, who allegedly fired at Nanhe Yadav. Ajay and Vijay are sons of Kanta Pal who is already in CBI's custody.

Raja Bhaiya has yet not been given a clean chit in the murder case. He had to resign as the Uttar Pradesh Cabinet minister after his name figured in the case....more
