Chennai: Tamil director Hari Gopalakrishnan, who is awaiting the release of Suriya-starrer Tamil action-drama 'Singam 2', says he is yet to have clarity on whether his film will be remade in Hindi or not.
The 2010 Tamil film 'Singam' was remade in Hindi as the Ajay Devgn-starrer 'Singham'.
"We haven't been approached by the makers of 'Singham' for the remake of 'Singam 2'. However, we hear that they already have a script for the sequel and are most likely to go ahead with it. I will have clarity on this only after they watch our film," Hari told IANS.
"Since they seem to have a script for Hindi sequel ready, in all probability 'Singam 2' may be remade as 'Singham 3' in Hindi. Of course, the decision to remake the film rests with them and it's too early to comment. Presently, I'm looking forward to the release of my film," he added....
