Pranab not informed about MPs' photo-op New Delhi: In a faux pas by the government managers, Leader of the Lok Sabha Pranab Mukherjee missed the MPs photo opportunity to commemorate 60 years of Parliament after he was not informed. "There was some miscommunication. I didn't get the invite," Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee said.

Reacting to the faux pas, National Conference chief Farooq Abdullah said, "We also noticed that he was not there. He should have been there. He should have been informed about the photo session."

Meanwhile, Rajya Sabha members alleged that they were being discriminated against at the time of the photo session.

AIADMK leader Maitreyan said that the members of the Lok Sabha and the lower chamber were being given precedence over the Rajya Sabha. This happened in the morning in the sitting arrangement while the group pictures of both the Houses were being taken....more
