
After pulling his team out of the abyss, Rajasthan Royals' batsman Shane Watson produced a gem of an innings to allow Rajasthan maintain their winning streak at home.
The Aussie allrounder's 34-ball 70 took the game away from Chennai Super Kings, especially after Rajasthan managed 23 runs off the 11th over bowled by Ravichandran Ashwin. Watson said it was one of those innings where everything you dream of, comes out correct.
Watson heaved praises fro his team-mate Stuart Binny who gave him good support at the other end. " Stuy has been amazing, both with the bat and the ball. He swung the ball nicely and with the bat he just comes out and finds the boundary very much straight away. That certainly takes a lot of pressure off me", Watson told www.iplt20.com.
Watson added that it was necessary to target Ashwin as they were struggling to find the boundary for quite a while and that a few risks were need to be taken, "I knew we had to start to take a few risks and when I did, it started to come off nicely", the 32-year old added....
